SAP ABAP DEVELOPER

YOUR JOB

You will work in a team in charge of developing, enhancing, and maintaining SAP Fioneer products, creating new business content, as well as supporting integration functionalities with different SAP modules such as SAP Business Warehouse or SAP HANA. The role will be closely integrated with the work of functional consultants who will be responsible for translating business requirements to system requirements and processes. Your role will be supported by a local Product Owner and connected to other development teams internationally. All candidates will receive appropriate training from existing experts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven SAP ABAP development skills are required (both Procedural and Object-Oriented)
  • Exposure to debugging, troubleshooting and performance tuning is a must
  • Knowledge of SQL is required
  • Knowledge of agile implementation methodology
  • Knowledge of implementation projects in SAP ERP environment is a plus
  • Experience in SAP Business Warehouse Development or HANA Development is a plus; ABAP on HANA and CDS views are a plus
  • Functional knowledge in insurance and/or finance is a plus
  • A highly motivated learner with affection for digital innovations and technology trends
  • Excellent analysis, problem-solving, communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
  • Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with international teams and clients
  • Fluent in written and verbal English and Serbian

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-6 years of experience in technology stack described above
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technologies, Finance, Mathematics or equivalent
